Dias de ferias

Viagem de familia, ficamos de domingo a quarta feira, ja conheciamos o hotel. No geral o pessoal muito atenciosos, educados, exceção de uma funcionaria da recepção. Penso que pode ser melhor tipos de recreação e as toalhas. A comida bem saborosa. No geral ótimo. Voltaria e indico.

O está sem manutenção, paredes manchadas, armário de roupas, sem o puxador. Para deixar a janela do banheiro aberta, tinha um cabide. Alguém teve está dificuldade, já encontrei o cabide que facilitou deixar aberto.

Condições precárias.

Péssimo o nível das acomodações. Por ser um dia bem quente, o ar condicionado não refrigerava o ambiente, mesmo sendo exigido no nível mais potente. Como vou submeter pessoas idosas em condições tão inóspitas! Além disso, o banheiro não estava higienizado adequadamente e havia pernilongos na minha acomodacao. Fiz o check in e uma hora depois o check out.

Ótimo local para repouso.

Ficamos surpreso com o ambiente. Local é muito bom e agradável. Para família é um hotel excelente. Alimentação muito boa (café, almoço e janta), área externa é ótima. Local muito bom para recarregar as energias. A natureza em volta do Cabanas Termas é bonita. Possivelmente voltarei com a família.

Para melhor idade

Turismo voltado para a melhor idade. Infraestrutura muito boa. Pequeno porém em relação às luminosidade do quarto pois a luz do ar condicionado incomoda e a cortina da janela da porta deixa passar muita luz.

Aquecido início de férias de inverno

Clima de inverno do lado de fora; águas quentes nos balneários do lado de dentro. Minha filha de 11 anos se divertiu com outras meninas hóspedes e ainda havia recreacionista para orienta-las.

Como afastar 3 hóspedes

Pessoal extremamente despreparado... Reservei um quarto triplo com uma cama de casal e 1 cama de solteiro, com pensão completa. Em nenhum momento me foi perguntado quanto hóspedes eram na reserva, até porque me parece óbvio que quarto triplo é para 3 pessoas.... Chegamos no hotel 21h03 e já fomos avisados que se tivéssemos chegado 3 minutos antes poderíamos jantar... Não entendi a diferença que faz 3 minutos no fechamento de uma cozinha, nem o motivo de um restaurante fechar às 21h, enfim... Depois falaram que a reserva era para duas pessoas e que eles não dispunham de quarto triplo.... Falei que poderia mostrar a reserva com quarto triplo se quisessem, mas não quiseram. Colocaram meus pais em uma cabana e eu em outra, distante da deles. Na minha cabana havia ar condicionado mas não havia controle para ligá-lo. Às 12h09 liguei para a portaria e já não havia ninguém para me atender. Meu pai saiu de sua cabana para ligar o ar condicionado do meu quarto... No dia seguinte, tomamos o café da manhã que não tinha quase nada de bom e tentamos aproveitar a piscina de água termal, mas ela estava bem suja e cheia. Foi quando decidimos nem almoçar no hotel e ir embora. No check-out outra surpresa.... Teria que pagar outra diária (e paguei) porque o quarto triplo era para duas pessoas e não três, pois segundo eles o termo triplo é só a denominação do quarto, não quantas pessoas ele comporta... Indignante!!!! Falei que iria comentar e eles disseram que me processariam???
