"Upon arrival the lock box to enter was a 4 digit code but we were only sent 10 digit codes. I called and it was fixed right away, but a little inconvenient. The jetted tub was visually clean but the jets need to wiped as there was pink around them. There was a leg razor left In the shower. The mattress was a very hard spring mattress and the pillows were rock hard as well. I see other complaints about the mattress as well for a while now so they clearly aren’t going to fix the issue. Cute place...

"The hotel is in a good location close to the beach and downtown. Checkin and checkout were a breeze with the very efficient staff. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower and lotion at the vanity. The only complaint is the bed. You could tell the mattress was getting a little tired (sagging) and the sheet kept coming off the corner during the night. Very annoying. I suspect the sheet was put on incorrectly; long edge vs short edge. It is hard to get it right on a king mattress but crucial for a comfortable experience."
