「Good. But better to improve the alarm system 」

「酒店离镇中心有5分钟路程，比较安静，景观不错。。在码头对面，走路很近。房间还是比较干净整洁。早饭只有面包。房间有炊具，可以做饭。如果开车来还是很不错的」

「Lovely place with beaches on both sides of the property, so even on a windy day, one side will be calm. The rooms are very clean and tidy, we had a room with ocean view balcony and sunset view at the front porch!」

「The Reef Hotel is a three level building WITHOUT elevators so you have to carry your own luggage up the three flights of stairs. The WiFi connection in the room did not work. The staff said they could not fix it for the two days I stayed there. Inside the room there were small ants around the bathroom sink. The room was not cleaned and bed not made for the second day of my stay. The hotel staff was not helpful on any of my concerns.」

「Beautiful room and super helpful staff. I was able to check in after staffed hours without any hassle. Plus, as I was leaving, they called me to let me know I left something in the room. Location is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach, restaurants, adventure and skydiving facilities.」

「Setting of property was great with bush surroundings」

「This place was exactly what I needed with my 2 dogs on our drive between the Gold Coast and the Whitsundays. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was quiet once I went to sleep, I do sleep with earplugs in otherwise you may hear some noise from the Highway and trains. The only downfall was the shower pressure was painful - one spout came out so strong it felt like razor blades to my skin and the rest was dribbling so I was unable to enjoy a shower. I brought this up with the staff...

「Great short stay」
