「Absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Gothem. They made it super special for my partner's birthday. The staff were cheerful, warm and welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean. The hotel isn't just a hotel, it is an experience and we loved every minute. 」

「I stayed in this hotel for two nights. In the afternoon of the second day, i came back and found that the room key not working. I went down to reception for help and got a rude treatment from the mid age man in black. The problem was not caused by me and it seemed he was annoyed that I had brought some more work to him. Terrible for a hotel experience.」

「Room was not cleaned properly when I checked in; there were peanuts lying around on the desk (from previous guest I presume). Sound insulation between the rooms is less than average. In addition, the hallway is quite noisy.」

「Poor management. Poor communication among staff. Staff are unhelpful. Lack of sense of urgency to address the customer's queries. Defensive attitude towards complaints. The presence of blame culture in the management.」
