「although the girl and guy were very friendly at the front desk.
felt the guy could look a little more presentable in the hospitality business for a Holiday Inn. Hair was all shaggy and did not look very clean for someone at the front desk.
he looked more like a janitor

「It was clean, although a little difficult to get to until you got used to the area. No clear signs from the main road to the hotel. Close to some dining options and about a mile from downtown Berkeley Springs.」

「This has been so far the best hotel i’ve stayed at. All of the staff has been wonderful! The rooms are really nice and big! I love the kitchen area. Has a nice size fridge, sink, dishwasher, dishes. Nice pool area also! And love the 24 hour coffee area with hot cocoa as well. Walmart is just around the corner which makes it really convenient 」
