“The Pub was a grade 2 listed building which was a 1700 era the best way to describe it is Quirky! . The internal pub area was full of history and upstairs the rooms fixtures and fitting new with the decoration being fresh but sympathetic to the age of the building. the food was good Pub Grub and the cooked breakfast was great Full English or Full Scottish Both filling and well cooked, served piping hot! “This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth.

“A very good experience to stay in this accommodation, the owner was friendly and nice, the entire environment was good and quiet, the room was big and clean.
