「Checkin was super easy. Amazing location. We weren’t interested in the city scene, but plenty of outdoor adventures nearby. Mat was an excellent host. Cleanliness was not great (cob webs, dog fur, dust, dirt and debris in the corners). Mat came to clean himself when we first got there to try to make it right. If he’s paying a cleaning company, he needs to find a new one! Appliances were okay, but not all fully functional (toaster and stovetop).」

「Fantastic beach location and comfortable unit equipped with air conditioning (essential during the heat wave that occurred during our stay). Clean rooms, good size and full kitchen; comfortable furnishings.Only caution is that this is a beach-side location and appears to have a bit of a price premium for that reason. It’s justified but only if you’re planning to make good use of the beach.」

「Property manager was very kind but a little hard to get a hold of. Owner of the property was amazing and in contact immediately. The house is quaint, cute and perfect for a beautiful stay on the coast. We enjoyed the location more than anything. The owners left a binder with a lot of very helpful information for restaurants, stores, etc. If you want to stay in the area, you can walk almost anywhere. All in all we loved our stay and would return.」

「This studio felt more like a gorgeous suite to me: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Every need is being anticipated and covered. Love the kitchen! I slept so very well it is peaceful. The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End. Rudy, the host, responds quickly, finds immediate solutions, and he is very kind and compassionate. I have difficulties navigating the staircases due to my aching hips and knees, but Rudy went...

「This was a wonderful place for our family of 4 to spend our last 3 days of our 10 day vacation to Coastal Maine. The property was spotless and located within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and the 4th of July fireworks. The hosts were great and were in contact to ensure that our stay was perfect. We will be back!」
