“The property was in awful condition with liquor bottles in the flower beds, outside doors were broken so anyone could wander through. Lobby air didn't work. Took ages to check in with a reservation paid ahead
Noise was very bad until midnight with no insulation of the rooms. The toilet seat was peeling. Towels were brown stained and with holes. I could go on. The bed was comfortable. We arrived from the airport after a long international flight. Too tired to complain.”

“Pros: The property itself is visually very nice and has a lot of potential.
Cons: The lack of modernization is starting to show. My biggest concern was the lighting; many areas of the property are quite dark at night, which felt like a significant safety issue. Additionally, be prepared for a lot of stairs. If you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns, navigating the layout is difficult.
Bottom Line: It’s a lovely setting, but it really needs an upgrade in terms of lighting and accessibility……

“Air handler was so loud it was unusable. In fact, you can hear other room’s air handlers from your room. Was put in a room above the outdoor bar seating and had to deal with so-called grownups drinking and being loud into the early morning hours. You can literally hear every noise in your room as if the walls were paper thin. 2 of the 3 mornings there was no hot water for showers and the breakfast was less than average at best.
