“Our family really enjoyed this quant lakeside cottage. It was nice and isolated allowing for quality family time relaxing by Chemo Pond. We had a great time using the canoe. We really appreciated the welcome basket with s’more ingredients. Cannot recommend more. ”

We enjoyed the quiet porch and lake/yard activities in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked-loved the added touches of blueberry jam and breakfast pancake mix! “Wonderful little camp with setup of all you'll need inside and out. Kitchen well furnished, comfy living room with smart TV, oodles of equipment for the lake (paddleboard, canoe, kayaks, fire pits and more) and thoughtful hospitality by the hosts. This camp is the perfect blend of old school and new school--charm and tech. It was just two of us and the size was perfect. Bonus that dogs are welcome! Great VRBO rental that we'd love to stay at again.”

“Lee and Peg were incredible hosts. Kind, friendly and helpful! The tent was clean and tidy. The view of the lake was much better in person too. Peg was kind enough to point out a cluster of Indian Ghost Pipe, a fascinating plant growing in the wood just outside the tent. Lee gave a brief natural history of the site, advice on how best to see Acadia, and was quick to address any requests we had. Their advice on Acadia was tremendously helpful and we were able to beat the crowds and do some……
