「Although the outside of the building and the street looks abit run down inside couldn’t be more different! Felt very cosy and homely as soon as we arrived. Also very clean and accommodating with cleaning products, tea, coffee, sugar etc.. if I had to be picky the 2nd double room is very small! They done well to get a double bed in there! Mattresses are all too soft but I guess that’s personal preferences. The view out to the beach from main bedroom is lovely but due to privacy glass along the...

「Tired interior except for kitchen and bathroom but a perfectly lovely property to stay in bedrooms are ok but had a person with bad back and they didn't find the mattresses provided enough support. Back garden lovely to sit out and front is perfect for sea view. 」

「We stayed here for Christmas 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the village of Rollsby, in a quiet location but still close enough to the main roads leading to supermarkets, pubs and other local attractions. Communication from the owners was both helpful and thoughtful. The house was furnished with everything we needed for our stay (and loads more!) and we were grateful that the owners had also put in the extra effort of adding a Christmas tree, fully laid...
