“The Bungalow is conveniently located just a few blocks from Old Town. It was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. And it was immaculately clean. Karen is a wonderful host and we definitely plan to stay at the Bungalow again!”

“This was a mother / daughter trip to visit family in Colorado, so there were 7 of us and the house worked beautifully. Plenty of room, clean, neat and well appointed. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend!! Only regret is that we never found time to use the firepit.”

“First, the house was exactly as advertised. Second, the bed in the primary was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on. (The other two beds looked great but I did not lie on them.) The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable. Upon arrival there was a bowl with various snacks on the counter which we greatly appreciated after our long drive. There’s a large washer and dryer along with laundry soap plus, enough paper towels and toilet paper for our week long……

“Great place! Very clean, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with essentials. All 3 bedrooms were large; king beds super comfortable. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. Location was perfect- very short walk to New Belgium Brewery and bit over a mile to Old Town. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of on street parking plus had use of the 2 car garage. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Stacy’s home is clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space in the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a family meal. I appreciated that there was room in the pantry to put away our groceries. The bedrooms had good closet and dresser space (I don’t like living out of a suitcase even for a brief 3-night stay). The bed was a little firmer than I prefer but the mattress is new and the bed linens are fresh. We didn’t need to contact the host but Stacy communicated the necessary information about……

“I couldnt have picked a better house for my family's 4 day stay. I had my family of 6 and my uncle's family with us. This house held us all comfortably with sooo much to do while we weren't out running around. The room full of board games was handy and the billiards in the garage were a good time too. Loved the firepit and hot tub in the backyard. My family really enjoyed all the amenities. Loved that there was accommodations for my older mom who wasnt able to get up and down stairs as much.
