「Stay as far away as possible from this place. The rooms were very nice except for the fact there were NO incidental (like soap, shampoo) in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. The biggest problem was the staff. My husband had booked 3 rooms and paid with credit card. Then they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", no charge, just a hold. 「First of all, this is a great location. Very walkable and near restaurants. The restaurant attached is only open for dinner on weekdays. The building itself is historic and very nice. Good condition and we were happy with it. But, I am not a fan of the self-service trend-thing happening. For check-in, they send you a code a few hours before check-in time, which is 4 p.m. If you want/need to check-in earlier, you have to pay for it. All online. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything from reservations to check in and check out went smoothly. We really appreciated cleanliness of the unit. The location was great. It was an easy walk to downtown Louisville and we also enjoyed the walk across the Big Four pedestrian bridge into Indiana.」

「I would suggest getting a full length mirror, so people can check out their whole outfits when they get dressed. Also a mat at the entrance of the building cause when its raining its slippery & one for the patio (inside), cause when its raining its slippery when you come back inside.
