「We very much enjoyed our stay at Baker's Acres. The cottage/barn was well-appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. My husband enjoyed watching March Madness each evening using our HBO account on the large TV. Everyone was so friendly in Langley. We were able to eat outside with our pug at a coffee house/bookstore and later in the day at a tap house with a Polynesian food truck. Our dog loved the off-leash dog beach by Useless Bay. L. Evans」

「This is an excellent value for the price of accommodation. You get a full apartment with laundry, dining room, and full-blown kitchen. Location is not wonderful as it is about 45 minutes from Anacortes by way of various country roads. Suburbia is a few minutes away, but the urban core of beautiful downtown Stanwood resembles a frontier town. There is an Amtrak station across the street which means an easy rail commute to either Seattle or Vancouver BC.」

「We booked for 2 nights to celebrate birthdays and mother’s day. Little did we know it would be the nicest weekend weather so far and the northern lights would be out so intensely!! The owners were kind. The communication was spot on and the property was amazing! We were encouraged to explore the ponds, walk the property to let the dogs sniff everything and the house was exceptionally clean! 「Super location and clean home. It was overcast the weekend we were there, but the views of birds and the water were still lovely! Easy check-in process and very responsive and kind property manager. 「This house was very clean and well kept. Beautiful view, large yard and patios. Watching the deer in the yard and eagles in the trees all day. 5 min drive to Freeland. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. Brand new hot tub and green egg. Also game room with pool table, fooseball and lots of other games. No access to beach. Pet friendly.」
