「I booked a 4 night stay. My room was never cleaned once. I checked out a day early I was told by Expedia that it was up to the hotel to refund the last night. The hotel did not」

「The room was comfortable. However, the water would take time to go away in the shower and sink. The door to bathroom was broken and not too much privacy was left. I also wish that it was clarified at some point that you have to pay per person for breakfast. I take accountability on thinking that by selecting breakfast included options on hotels also included breakfast buffet “available” which is not “included”.」

「Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was very good. Parking was great. Location for us was top notch. The music venues around the property were excellent. You hear traffic and surroundings but not a deal breaker. We would stay here again if coming to Nashville. (Did not have the breakfast so no comment.)」
