“The condo was exactly as pictured. However it was a little but dirty (I have pictures). The heat didn’t work the first day, so we ended up sleeping in hats and coats until it was fixed next day. The worst part is the walls are super thin. This unit was on the bottom floor and we were able to hear everything above us, every time the toilet flushed, light switch flicked, walking, etc. so we didn’t get much sleep. Other than that the resort was beautiful and we had a great time. ”

“This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do.”

“This complaint is regarding the rental company and not the location. Governor declared state of emergency and told us to stay off VA roads. Couldn’t get there because of the governor’s travel declaration. TripForth offered zero flexibility for this unique situation. Will never use them again, but still hope to visit the location again after enjoying it several times. ”

“The condo is nice. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well set up and appliances are first class. The location is perfect, close to batts, restaurants, shops and Grounds. But the trains are a problem. The entire condo shakes when they pass in the middle of the night. It makes sleep very difficult. ”

“Lovely condo in a quiet area with good restaurants within a short walk. My family appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The unit was very clean, modern, and spacious with a large covered deck. Beds were comfy. Note that this is a 3rd floor unit with both exterior and interior stairs to climb - we did not find an elevator. Parking was easy in the lot adjacent to the building. Overall a good experience and I would recommend.”

“Only complaint was dealing with Stay Charlottesville to "verify" our identity. Had to jump through two sets of hoops (phone verify and then sending pic of driver's license). When I called Stay to clarify the receptionist was quite rude. The property was wonderful otherwise!”
