Online check-in was great. Staff were courteous and public areas of the hotel were top notch. We had a small issue in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bed and pillows were firmer than we like, but not unacceptable. Over all we had a pleasant stay at Hollins Hall Hotel; thank you.

The room was clean. Though the service needed sign was on the door when we checked in so that put us off slightly. The bathroom was nice and newly refurbished. The room was tiny but comfy. Staff were helpful and assisted with an early check in. Room was clean and well presented. Motion sensor stair light seemed to come on when our constantlry arguing neighbours were in and out of their room banging doors. Maybe fit a normal two way lighting system ratjer than a motion would be better. ...
