“Location is good and easy to get to everything. Clean, perfect size.”

“Apartment is large, with 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and 2 living areas. Tv was really not usable as it was too far away ffom the seating area and a table with many flyers was in between . Graat, quiet location.”

“Very comfortable lodging, with all we needed for our stay. Lots of places to store things, lots of hooks, a full kitchen, a wonderfully responsive furnace for winter stays, and a nice location near downtown. The only negative we found was a weak wi-fi connection. But, highly recommend.”

“The property was clean, quiet, modern, and convenient to town being walkable to restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfortable. The downside, was bathroom fan did not shut off, there was a thermostat for heat in the bathroom but no heater, furniture was not comfortable, main area HVAC had one fan speed (high) so it had to be off while watching tv. The detergent used to wash bedding had a strong fragrance along with air freshener in the unit which is difficult when someone has scent issues.”

“We came into town for a weekend stay from Helena. The stay was great, the place was perfect for what we needed and close to walk to downtown and the university. Definitely will use it again for future stays. Only con was that my husband is a bigger guy and the bathroom was snug for him, but it was still a great stay!!!!”

“Super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. There was a futon and rollaway bed if you need another bed. The apartment was fully stocked with pretty much anything you could need. We had a great stay!”

“Overall we had a great stay here. The location is great to be near campus and the hip strip. It’s a funky, charming little apartment with steep, winding stairs. Fine for young, able bodied guests, but would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The reason I can’t give five stars was an issue we encountered. We were hoping to watch the FCS semi final game on tv Friday night when we arrived. The fire stick tv would not connect no matter what we tried. Our contact for the property was very……

“My sister and I spent the night in the Clark Fork cottage and could not have been happier. This sweet suite has absolutely everything you could want and need to enjoy some down time. Attention to detail is apparent everywhere you look, and the location is perfect. Easy walking to downtown or UM. Comfy bed, great shower, coffee, tea…we didn’t want to leave!”

“Location is amazing. So close to town, but far enough out that it is peaceful and sooo beautiful. SUCH a treat to have a private space on the river to enjoy and relax. Beautiful grassy yard and gorgeous views. It was the absolute perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and listen to the water. There isn’t enough room in this review to describe how much we enjoyed it!! Wish we could have stayed longer.”
