"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. When we checked out, I had the email confirmation from Expedia which stated it had been...

"This was a great find for our party of 6 and in an excellent location in Girvan. The accommodation was wonderful with well furnished spacious rooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Lovely area for walking and for golf. The only slight negative were the mattresses which could have been firmer."
