“Room were dirty beds had mold under the sheets also there was remnants of last guest on bed (blood,trash,foodtrays) there was no clean towels also the office could not provide new ones the next day for lack of laundry room access there was a leaky faucet that was quite annoying and there is a excess of migrants that live on site and are up all night the cleaning crew wasn’t helpful at all they all were constantly taking some breaks on stair wells and were rude enough to not speak or allow……

“I would not suggest courtland inn unless you have NO other options. I paid for a kkng suite and had a room the size of a walk in closet. Renovations are severly needed ”
