The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located downtown spacious place close to Drive baseball.

Bedrooms:
1) King master downstairs with on suite bath
2) King Bed upstairs
3) Queen bed
4) Triple bunk bed
5) 2 convertible beds setup like couches a 75" TV, soundbar/subwoofer.

Sleeps 12-14 comfortably. 4 full bathrooms (2 up/2 down). 2 story heated/air conditioned barn/shed w/ ping pong, couch, bean bag chairs, TV, games.

Great house for a group
We were in town with extended family and friends. The house worked very well for our group of six adults and one child. The layout is great and four bathrooms was wonderful. The location is close to everthing and easy to get in and out of compared to other places we've stayed in Greenville. We loved having the party barn to hang out in with the group. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Family vacation for granddaughters first birthday
This house was perfect for the 9 adults that traveled together. So much room and bathrooms for all of us without schedule issues. Extreme thought has gone into setting this house for visitors. I would book this again. The extra room in the backyard was great yet we didn't even need it because we were so comfortable in the main house. This is a great place for many adults traveling together and kids would have a blast.

Just finished up a great stay here. Recently remodeled, great interior finishes, plenty of room and 4 full bathrooms. Less than a 10 minute Uber ride to DT Greenville. This place met our needs perfectly for the wedding we were in town for. I highly recommend...
