Aseeruddin, the front desk representative, was incredibly helpful during my stay. I was only in the city for two days, and he took the time to plan my entire itinerary. He even wrote everything down on a piece of paper, including which subway lines to take and the best route to cover New York City's major attractions. He is a true gentleman—kind, sweet, patient, and genuinely caring. His guidance made my short trip much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Aseeruddin, for going above and beyond to help. The room is dirty. Not cleaned. Tried to raise to management team. Got 0 response. My family all got severe rash after spending 1 night in the room. Had to wear cloth to sleep. And got zero feedback from managers.
