I hate to diss on a $60 hotel, because you know what you're getting into. But, for a $60 hotel, I was disappointed. No towels or carafe upon arrival, check in clerk was rude, soap was opened and old enough to have deteriorated, sheets were stained and had hair, clerk wouldn't give a carafe (she said they don't provide coffeemakers, but there was a coffeemaker and coffee packets in the room), and the breakfast was a complete disappointment. Only eggo, toast, and prepackaged pancakes w milk and juice - pretty sure the bread stuff was old or super cheap. Plus a prohibition against taking anything back to the rooms.
Furniture was nice and water pressure good, though.
