“Stay at this location for carnival with two of my friends and we had a great time. We had some issues with the AC in the rooms and the property manager worked quickly to rectify it. She really went above and beyond for us throughout this visit. Our apartment was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. I would gladly return to this property.”

“Kaibus Place met all of the needs for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids 7-17 years of age)! The apartment (3 bed /2 bath) provided more than enough sleeping space and entertainment space so that we all could find comfort in spending time together or alone.
