“We really enjoyed the property and location - lots of space for story telling for a catch-up of old friends”

“From the moment we pulled up we knew this was a special place, with an amazing view over the valley and kangaroos to greet us. I watched a possum & baby at night and lots of bird life and lizards around.The house was set up beautifully with everything we could want. Plenty of room for 8 adults in the bedrooms, loungeroom, indoor & outdoor dining. Linen, towels, pillows, etc. all good quality. Kitchen well equipped. Toiletries provided and even enough toilet paper We made good use of the pool……

“Was ideal for our family getaway. The house had everything we could have hoped for. A/c was lovely on the hot days, the fire pit was fabulous at night to sit around and toast marshmallows and chat. The beds and linen were clean and comfy. The outdoor lounge was lovely for nibbles and wine of an afternoon. It was perfect. Thank you!”

“Orchard house is a great getaway location, this is our second stay and we really love the farm setting with the river, pool and bushland setting. The house is really well appointed to make some marvellous meals in the kitchen with everything you need! The outdoor porch is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the beautiful views around the property. At night there is a smart tv to watch any of your streaming services.”

“We stayed at the Retreat for a family wedding , we had 5 adults and still had room for more. The rumpus room with pool table and table tennis table was a huge bonus and we were the envy of others that stayed there. The house was great and we did not need anything else to make our stay better, we were warned to bring everything with us. All the wildlife around was wonderful as well, reminded us that we live in Australia. It was a shame that we could not fully go on the long bush walks on……

“This was a sweet retreat that was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Communication and check in were both easy and convenient. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable, and the countryside was so peaceful. Overall, a truly lovely stay!”

“Quiet and peaceful location- private (above separate garage) Lovely little deck to have a coffee. Personalised bottle of wine was lovely. The whole area is a little sparse for internet/ phone access- but if you are haing an 'escape' it is not an issue. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Loved the atmosphere- loved the place! “We enjoyed our stay for my mums 80th B ’day, however a few disappointing things. •No coffee pods – pleaser don’t offer a coffee machine and then don’t offer pods. Advise to bring some if you don’t supply but for the price you should be offered pods, especially as there is also nowhere close to grab a coffee in the morning and offering instant coffee sachets is cheap and nasty and cheapens your home.•The lawn was so full of bindi’s the kids could not play on it. Please use Bindi killer ASAP•The……
