「Booked for parents to celebrate fathers 80th. Accomadated a last minute change to more accessible room and late afternoon food. They both really enjoyed stay and could not say enough about quality of staffing and overall experience!」

「Management didn't think about the impact of the hot weather as the room was so hot and they supplied a tiny fan that did nothing to cool the room. Lots of spots in the hotel needs updating or repairing. Both the staff and the leisure amenities were great.」

「There is no air con and we struggled to get a fan that worked. When we finally nagged so much that we got a fan, it didn’t do anything but blow hot air around the room so we didn’t sleep at all. The room could do with an upgrade - for £200 a night without breakfast it was a lot when it was a dingy room with huge marks on the carpet. No plug sockets near the bed, only two pinned. Bathroom was nice. Bar area looked lovely but was taken over by a wedding. Spa area lovely however my face still...

「Absolutely loved our stay, jan and Mark were amazing. Very helpful, they couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had . It's the fruit choice . Every single fruit you can think of is there amazing . All the home made jams and marmalade gorgeous 😍. The cooked breakfast is also amazing 👏 if you go to harrogate stay here you won't be disappointed」
