In the heart of the "Cité lacustre" of Port Grimaud south, on the Place François Spoerry, nice 1 bedroom flat for 2/3 persons.

It consists of an entrance with a kitchen, a bathroom-toilet, a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a mezzanine and a covered balcony with views of the canals.

Holiday tax isn't included in the price.

Private parking space for one car.

Excellent séjour

L 'appartement correspondait à la description figurant sur votre site. Seul problème, nous avons passé une semaine sans eau chaude dans la cuisine, malgré la signalisation dès le lundi matin auprès de l'agence Logi-service (agence immobilière gestionnaire de la location) Nous n 'avons reçu aucun appel ni aucune visite pour de leur part pour gérer le problème..... Lors de la restitution des clefs le souci n 'a même pas été évoqué!!!!
