We had such a lovely stay here! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming and personal. The property is beautifully maintained, the location is great, and we also really enjoyed dinner at the hotel. Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable stay, and we felt genuinely well taken care of.

The young couple when we checked in were absolutely amazing! Friendly, offered many suggestions on where to eat and made us feel very welcomed our first night! Balcony was fabulous....room was a bit tight with all our luggage but that is typical European standards. Breakfast was very good! Would highly recommend.

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. We got what has to be the best room in the hotel, the mountains were right in front of our faces, close enough that it almost didn't feel real. Waking up to that view every morning made the whole trip! Highly recommended

What an incredible place. Every single detail associated with our stay was perfect! The staff was amazing, breakfast was exceptional each morning, and the views from our balcony room were unreal. We will be back for sure!

This property is very well maintained and beautiful. There is beautiful view of the mountains which we could see from the balcony. Property itself is located little bit away from the city but not too far. That was the best part as we could enjoy quiet and beautiful nature from the hotel. Bus stop is just across the street which made our life so much easier. We had breakfast included with our stay. Breakfast had a wide spread of choices. Best part was varieties of home made jam. I highly recommend this place for stay. I wish there was fan available in the room as we like to keep our room cold. It’s not a big deal but something nice to have. Overall an unforgettable experience. Will definitely stay here if I ever visit this place.

The proprietors are beyond fantastic!! They offer a set meal dinner every night (menu changes) and it’s fantastic!!! Breakfast and coffee are wonderful too. Coin operated washer dryer was great! They helped us get our add on tickets to our Swiss rail pass to get to the must see mountain tops was extremely helpful! I’m telling you this place is great! No AC but they did give me a fan for the room that worked out perfectly.

This is a family-run hotel with friendly staff and amazing views. We don’t normally eat in the same hotel where we stay, but we ate dinner here every night, and the food was great. I would definitely stay here again! Totally recommended!

It's Switzerland which means it's expensive. That aside, wonderful, quaint hotel managed by the family with classic Swiss amenities. Really good location on the edge of the main street which gives some level of quiet while keeping you close to all the shops.

Third generation family run property with very friendly innkeepers. Offered a solid breakfast with everything you could want but no eggs or breakfast meat. I didn’t miss them. Interior is cozy and charming. My balcony had such an amazing view of Witterhorn Mountain, I didn’t want to leave my room! Location is perfect, away from the touristy center of town but still walkable to everything. Can’t recommend the place enough.

The room was large and had convenient places to open and store your luggage. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with the recreation and trains. They even sent our luggage to our next hotel in another town! The food was delicious and the breakfast/service was wonderful. This is one of the best hotels in our 3 week trip!

Wonderfully hospitable service and excellent attention to detail. The owners were very kind and offered kind suggestions of things to do in the area. The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room! Absolutely loved this hotel!
