"Na pierwszy rzut oka wszystko super ale.... Rozkładana sofa w salonie po rozłożeniu okazała się połamana i nie da się na niej spać a poza tym była tak brudna że i tak strach było na niej spać. W skutek czego kolega musiał spać na nierozłożonej - niezbyt komfortowe warunki dla dorosłego człowieka. Drugi duży minus to prysznic - nie przywykłem do mycia się we wrzątku - zepsuta bateria i brak możliwości regulacji temperatury wody, leciała tylko gorąca woda. "

"Mieszkanie w nowym bloku. Meble w wielu miejscach zniszczone. Urywająca się klamka w drzwiach wejściowych. Brak konserwatora. Bardzo brudny piekarnik - nie korzystaliśmy! Miniaturowa umywalka w olbrzymiej łazience (a lokal dla 4 osób!). Grzyb na ścianie w łazience w okolicy brodzika. Brak półek i haczyków w łazience. Jest pralka ale brak jakiejkolwiek suszarki powoduje, że jest bezużyteczna!"

"Lipowa loft on hieno, valoisa, korkea, siisti asunto hyvällä paikalla. Miinusta ainoastaan kahvinkeittimen ja tiskausvälineiden puutteesta. Sadevesisuihku ei myöskään toiminut, mutta tavallinen suihku sentään. Muuten kaikki oli siistiä ja toimivaa. Iso miinus siitä, että jonkin sekaannuksen vuoksi (jonka syyt jäivät vähän hämärän peittoon) emme päässeet ensimmäiseksi yöksi tähän varaamaamme asuntoon, vaan paljon pienempään ja tavanomaisempaan (ja kuumaan) asuntoon, joka oli kauempanana...

Dlatego też nie może być polecany dla osób nie poruszających się własnym środkiem lokomocji, gdyż w przeciwnym razie będą narażone na dodatkowe koszty wynajmu taksówki. Brak możliwości uruchomienia TV a tylko radia. Instrukcja przez właściciela apartamentu wysyłana w kilku sms-ach zamiast w jednym mail'u. "

"Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll als Ferienhaus offenbar auch für den Eigenbedarf hergerichtet. Nicht alle Handwerkerarbeiten sind dabei von Profis durchgeführt worden, aber insgesamt ist alles gut in Schuss. Besonders die beiden Badezimmer sind offenbar brandneu. Es gibt sehr viel Kinderspielzeug und im Garten viel Platz zum toben. Das Häuschen ist mitten im Wald mit ein paar ruhigen Nachbarn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."
