Large modern holiday home with pool close to the beach

Large holiday home with shared 6x12m natural pool, which is open in summer. Please note that because of the natural filtration processes we can not guarantee that the pool is open at all times. Our place is at 5 minutes drive to the beach. Bramendijk offers large, modern and climate neutral apartments, that are heated by heat pumps and solar panels. Modern design, spacious rooms en open kitchens, including dishwashers and ovens. Laundry machines are also available. Each apartment has its private terrace at a grounds of 8500m2. Bramendijk lies next to nature conservation area Waterdunen, through which guests can walk to the sea. Groede is a historical village in Zeeuws Vlaanderen and has several restaurant options. During 2022 we will construct some additional apartments on the property, but the units for rent are fully finished.

Toller Aufenthalt mit einem Minuspunkt

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar und das Haus toll! Positiv hervorzuheben ist, das moderne Design.Leider wurde uns bei der Bescheinigung des Objekts nicht deutlich, dass 7 Häuser/Wohnungen auf dem Anwesen sind. Einen Punkt Abzug bei der Sauberkeit gibt es für Haare auf der gewaschenen Bettwäsche.Ein kleiner Hinweis noch, den wir nirgendwo gefunden haben: Es gibt eine Kapselkaffeemaschine.

alles naar wens verlopen, mooie streek, het vakantiehuisje was ruim, netjes twee douchen en badkamers waren heel praktisch aangezien wij met 5 waren .

Very nice stay

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our vacation here. It was completely tranquil during the night so that you can sleep here very well. The kitchen was modern and was equipped with all the necessary equipment. What needs to be highlighted here are the rain showers, which are great. The nature pool is magnificent, because you can spot many frogs and dragon flies next to it. After your swim you can relax on the lawn at the pool.

Moderne Ferienwohnung aber verbesserungswürdig für die Reise mit kleinen Kindern

Sehr schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider fehlten einige Grundausstattungen in der Küche wie Sieb, Toaster, vieles ist nicht Kindessicher. Kein Steckdosenschutz, Schubladen gefährlich für die Finger aber leicht zu öffnen für die Kinder. Die Poolanlage ist super schön und sehr gepflegt.
