Great space for friends, everything needed was on point, The owners were super nice, and the outdoor area is perfect for BBQs, Also, shoutout to the nearby water park for some fun times!

We stayed in Grou for 2 weeks while visiting family.The property manager did not give us check in instructions beforehand. We arrived on a Saturday and the office was closed, but we finally got ahold of someone in the emergency phone number. After about 2 hours of trying to get in the property, we finally got the code. The house was fine as far as the expectation of the size, but it was not clean and tidy. The outside was full of weeds and was very messy. The inside was dusty and parts were dirty. There was no instructions on how to use the tv or coffee pot. There were no extra garbage bags or instructions of where to put it. We were grateful for the air conditioner but it was downstairs so it didn't cool off the upstairs. Overall, it suited us for a bit, but I would not stay again.

It said it has free wifi but u cant find a wifi router anywhere and to my request of getting the password they just said its on the router in the electric cabin but there wasn‘t anything not coming back

Die Bilder haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun.Der Garten war mit wilden Brombeeren und Unkraut überwuchert, die Holzterasse am verrotten und der Wintergarten ekelig voller Harre und Essensreste. Eine Grundreinifgung des Hauses wäre nötig überall Ungeziefer. Die Klimaanlage war so verschmutzt, dass wir uns gar nicht getraut haben sie anzuschalten. Alles sehr leblos nicht empfehlenswert

Das Haus entsprach hinsichtlich des von uns gezahlten Preises und der Qualität nicht den Erwartungen. Im obersten Stockwerk roch es muffig. In einem der Zimmer waren schwarze Flecken (Schimmelflecken) auf der Bettwäsche und in den Kissen konnte man einen muffigen Geruch wahrnehmen. Wir bemerkten auch, dass einige Tiere hinter der Mauer verschwanden. Der allgemeine Eindruck des Hauses war, dass es baufällig war. Im Wohnzimmer waren sichtbare Flecken (wahrscheinlich Feuchtigkeit) an der Decke. Von der Decke der Treppe zum obersten Stockwerk hingen jede Menge Staub/Spinnweben, was darauf hindeutete, dass seit langem keine Wartung durchgeführt wurde. Auch der Zustand des Gartens war nicht gepflegt (Unkraut, Terrasse mit morschen Brettern,...). In der Beschreibung wurde ein Whirlpool erwähnt (nicht gesehen, nicht vorhanden). Wir haben das Beste aus unserem Aufenthalt gemacht, hatten aber das Gefühl, dass der Preis nicht dem Zustand entsprach.
