「The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set.」

「Although we were very happy to be allowed to check in earlier then 4:00 pm We had arrived in town around 2:00 pm We discovered that both of the reclining chairs were broken and would not recline , The hideaway bed couch was missing a mattress and could not be used ,ants in the bathroom and the floor was very soft and sinking in places which made it very uneven to walk on .The bed in bedroom.was also elevated too high up and made it very difficult to get in and out of , which resulted in my wife...

「Great location and adorable home. Would have liked to see a few more items for cooking like a spatula and salt/pepper. And more hooks in the home would have been better since it’s a tiny home. The bed was comfortable and the neighbors were friendly. Only other suggestion is to have a bath mat in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fantastic home and we enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. 」
