The pavilion has a terrace with an awning that can accommodate a table for 4 and deckchairs, with access to a storeroom (little fridge and space to store beach games, bicycles...). A small backyard is accessible from the storeroom, to hang laundry for example.
The living room/kitchen area is composed of a fully equipped kitchen unit (3 burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, Senseo coffee pods and traditional coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, small fridge with freezer compartment, a table, a sofa, TV (French channels). On the ground floor there is also a small separate bedroom with 2 single beds (2x80x190), and storage space, with a window; a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin, separate WC.
A steep staircase leads up to the closed mezzanine which has been converted into a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space.
Located halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, the les Ayguades district is appreciated for its tranquillity, its lake, its local shops, its market and its long and wide sandy beaches.
Its lake offers the possibility of practising windsurfing and other water sports in complete safety, without fear of going too far out to sea (ideal for beginners). The residence l'Île Bleue with its collective swimming pool generally open from mid-June to mid-September welcomes you!
