"We had a wonderful stay in the Northwoods at the Cabernet Cabin! It's on a great spot on a quiet lake. The cabin is clean and cozy. The owners Kathleen and Steve are very friendly and welcoming. Lots to do and see in the area - it's an easy drive into Hayward for shopping and dining. A great escape from city life!"

When we needed assistance with a laundry hook-up and a light switch, Mary and Dan responded immediately; and with such genuine kindness, concern, and professionalism. They were both so very sweet.What truly set this stay apart was the incredible hospitality and attentiveness of the team. Their warmth, generosity, and care made us feel valued.This is more than just a vacation rental. It's a place that invites you to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories.
