「Pros: Die Lage war für uns top. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wir hatten es für uns allein.Innerhalb von 5 Minuten Autofahrt ist man allerdings auch schon in Ronda. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung und der Pool die ganze Zeit (trotz der Wärme) sauber. Wir kommen gern wieder! Cons: Es gibt immer Dinge zu bemängeln. 「Gisteren thuis gekomen na een verblijf van 13 dagen met 5 volwassenen en 3 tieners Wat een heerlijke villa is dit. Echt niks op aan te merken. Alles was er ook aanwezigHeerlijk zwembad en heel veel leuke zitjes rondom het huis. Communicatie ging ook perfect en als er iets was werd daar ook snel op gereageerd. Top locatie en gemiddeld 30 a 40 minuutjes vanaf de leuke plaatsjes. Ik zou deze villa ook zeker aanraden. 」

「The property was well kept. The peacocks were a pleasant surprise. The only thing was that we didn’t realize that it was 3 separate apartments. We were under the impression that it was one house. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.The villa was beautiful and clean.」

「Casa Albéitar exceeded all our expectations! Everything about the apartment is as described, but Ronda is such a walkable town that the location is perfect! Quiet, but only 5 minutes to the pedestrian shopping zone. Lots of shops and great restaurants nearby. Nuria was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. All in all, an excellent property to relax and enjoy Ronda!」

「Grundsätzlich ein Schönes Haus. Allerdings ein paar Sachen die doch gestört haben. Das störendste davon war ein Rohrbruch oder etwas Ähnliches welcher vom Vermieter nicht behoben wurde. Durch diesen Rohrbruch floss eine stinkende Flüssigkeit aus einer Kellertür die Einfahrt herrunter. Mehr als ein "Danke für den Hinweis" wurde uns nach der Meldung an den Vermieter nicht geholfen. Außerdem wurde der Pool nicht ordentlich vorbereitet bzw. in Stand gehalten. Am Ende der Woche hatte sich hier...

「一棟貸しの集合住宅、小さな町のようになっていて、敷地内には噴水、コミュニケーションスペース、プール等があり、外出をしなくても１日はアパート敷地内で楽しめました。 チェックインの際鍵が上手く開けられなかったですが、すぐに来てサポートしてくれました。 アパートの前には人気なレストランがあり毎晩賑わっていて美味しい匂いがしてきます。現地の人におすすめしてもらって行きましたが料理も美味しかったです。」

「House is in a quiet area of Mijas with beautiful views, looks exactly like the photos! Outside space is fantastic with several different areas to sit. Gordon was excellent in his communication. Mijas is a stunning village and Gordon’s house is ideal for a relaxing break, with a small supermarket close to the house and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Lynn next door is lovely. Dave who collected us from the airport and on our return, helped greatly in making this a perfect holiday. 」
