Villa Babylon: September Offer !!!First Line of the Beach !!

Two-storey house, located on the same shore of the beach, in a quiet and very pleasant environment, surrounded by the pine forest of Guardamar, through which you can access the town by walking in just five minutes. All rooms are exterior and have magnificent views. Due to its strategic location, the house is very well ventilated and is ideal for summer vacations. It also has a wood burning fireplace perfect for when winter comes.

A perfect house for a big family-vacation

The house is situated right at the sea, perfect for swimming, playing and enjoying the water and sunrises. There is plenty of space for a big family both inside and outside😊. If we are coing back to Alicante we surely would like to stay here again.

Estupendo!

Perfecto para un viaje en grupo. La propietaria encantadora y su hermano, quien nos entregó las llaves, muy agradable. Me recogió en la estación de autobus y me acercó a comprar algo de comer y beber antes de que llegaran las demás por la noche con los coches. Puedes caer de la cama al agua del mar. Una pasada para los de Madrid :) Caminando llegas a un bar chiringuito siempre lleno. muy cerca también piscina munucipal con duchas y vestuarios. Unico problema: quisimos un poco de "juerga" por la noche y para ir a Torrevieja necesitamos taxi. Al parecer, Guardamar por la noche solo tiene licencia para 3 taxis y la verdad siendo 12 personas, nos resultó un poco pesada la espra y el pobre taxista no daba a basto. Muchas gracias Mº José!! Casa equipada, incluso pasta de dientes, gel de baño y secador (con toallas)

Perfect location just by the Sea and park. Super Place with the Kids and dogs. We loved it.

House is really nice and clean with all needed accommodations you need. Owner is super friendly and there was no problems during our stay. We just swim the sea next to terrace and enjoyed fresh fruits and sun. Perfect!

Un lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones en familia..!

Como dije a Lola, que es la persona que nos despidió, la estancia en Villa Babilonia ha sido muy agradable, cumpliendo todas nuestras necesidades, que no eran pocas. Ideal para ir tanto con niños como con personas mayores. Recibidos y despedidos por Lola y Joaquin, con un trato entrañable. Guardamar me ha sorprendido gratamente... !

Traumhafte Lage und unvergleichliches Haus. Die Beschreibung des Objekts ist eher eine Unterzteibung

Das Haus liegt wirklich DIREKT am Meer. Man wird also Morgens - wie in Geschichten- vom Rauschen der Brandung geweckt. Das Haus ist auch mit seiner Einrichtung ( Solarium mit Nord- oder Suedausrichtung ) überdachte Frühstücksterasse, riesiger Aufenthaltsraum ..... einzigartig. Das einzige Manko sind die Fotos, die einfach dem Haus nicht gerecht werden. Nebenbei sehr freundliche Vermieter, die fast ein wenig enttäuscht waren, dass sie nicht helfen mussten
