“The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. A few days before arrival, I was told to call a number or go to a building that wasn’t clearly identifiable on Google Maps and wasn’t actually opposite the bus terminal as stated. On the day, I then received multiple WhatsApp messages about collecting the keys—difficult to manage without mobile data, meaning I had to find WiFi just to check in. On arrival, the floors had clearly just been mopped and were still wet, leaving footprints……

“We really appreciated the cabin and the great service from the staff. Wilmer, that lived very close to the cabin, was always helpful and attentive. It was easy and fast communication with the staff on WhatsApp when we ordered take away food or a tuk tuk to go downtown. The fridge had complementary breakfast that we could cook in the small kitchenette. The view from the cabin towards the “stone” (La Piedra Del Pañol) was amazing. Remember to bring repellent against - mosquitoes can come into……

“I dont llike to do these, but I got to be honest. Terrible place to stay, terrible acces dangerous. . I dont really recomend it. Take 25 minuts to find it beeing only 50 metters away. If you dont care to damage your vehicle stay away. Im glad the nightmare is over. Tricky photos. Staff it was ok”

“Todo nos encantó, el lugar es un sueño de belleza natural, tomamos muchas fotos de cada detalle que vimos, la habitación muy cómoda, excelente el agua caliente y con sábanas y toallas de calidad, el desayuno muy completo y Luisa la persona encargada muy agradable y nos ayudó en todo. El lugar está cerca al cerro pero si está de subida, el desayuno con esa vista es muy bonito, sin dudarlo regresamos ”

“This was a quaint little place, just a 5-minute walk across the bridge from the center of town. The rooms were decent-sized, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My room had a terrace overlooking the garden area. The bathroom was large enough to move and shower, with plenty of hot water. The hosts were available and friendly, and the breakfast was quite sufficient, and served with a smile. ”
