Great location in 4 Grados Norte, in the building we have a craft beer bar and Shushi bar. The neighborhood is surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to zone 1 (Old part of the city) or zona 10 which is the newer part of the city.

Good location & Good Internet

Located in the heart of Zona 4. Lots of restaurants and bars close by in the safe neighborhood. Shared rooftop with an excellent view of the city. Fast consistent internet for remote workers. The power went out a few times during thunderstorms, but for only around 5 minutes each time.

Well the place is really clean, only one issue for 2 days and half no water the administrator was running up and down I went to lobby to asked what happened no water, they said leaking pipe was Sunday afternoon we have water until Tuesday afternoon, probably the problem was more serious because they don't finding the parts for fixed the problem I was really mad because we expected good service

The apartment is well located, closer to supermarket restaurants, bakery, banks, , etc equipped with the basic kitchen and bathroom and hot water, washer and dryer.

Great apartment in very nice area

It's exactly as it appears on the Vrbo website. The building is less than a year old I think (as of October 2023). The apartment is on the fourth floor. You get a key card to operate the building entrance and the elevator. There is a 24/7 front desk. Very safe. The neighborhood is very nice, and there are guards all around it.website
