Great redwoods/river home

House is very organized and well-stocked. We were a party of 4, and found it very spacious. Absolutely beautiful landscaping! It would be helpful to have some additional towels for hot tub. Hot tub very clean.

This stay was everything I needed and more! The space was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt like a true home away from home. Great place for a girls trip

Perfect spot for our girls' trip! The place was super clean, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. Kitchen was thoroughly stocked with everything to cook all our meals in, great bbq patio area to chill on, loved the hot tub! Would definitely stay again!

Family gathering

The house was very clean and the kitchen extremely well-appointed and had everything I needed. The beds were super comfy and with the blackout curtains. We all slept really well! We had a minor problem with the BBQ when a critical bolt came off (freakish occurrence, dinner was extra crispy), but the service technician was there in literally less than ten minutes after we called. My only critique would be that the game room wasn't as full of options as it was made out to be. Plus a couple of safety suggestions-- the main bath could use a grab bar in/out of the tub, and a railing and/or anti-slip grips on the stairs up to the hot tub would have made it easier for my more wobbly family members.

Guerneville house

Great space and layout

The backyard is a cool space, with hot tub, grill, outdoor seating and dining with umbrellas. The layout is unique and well designed to create depth and space, and we really enjoyed spending our afternoons and evenings on the back patio. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Mellow get away

This is a great property that is well stocked with essentials and activities. We loved the AC, hangout garage with ping pong and hot tub. Overall it was a great experience. Highlighted with the general ease of staying here. Would come back. David

Good location, great amenities, excellent sleeps

Super cute house. Good couches, wonderful personality. Wonderful yard and awesome private, comfy back patio. Short 20 minute walk to town. We used the hot tub almost every night after all the walking. Slept soooo great in that bed every night even after lots of wine. :) Downsides: so many ominous noise warnings posted around the house which I’m sure is because someone else ruined it for everyone. The neighbors are like 7 feet away. The house feels made for entertaining but we didn’t feel like we could. The neighborhood is so quiet and we were terrified of getting in trouble even with just five of us in the house. Also the host (like many hosts) required we remove all food and beverages from the fridge on the way out and after seven days it felt like so much waste going right into the trash since we don’t live in driving distance and can’t take it all on the plane. Would love local food bank info or a way to box it all up for donation when the management team comes by to set the place for next guests. This is aspirational for the world of temporary rentals as a whole and not a complaint about these hosts specifically. Overall: would stay again (although someone already snagged it for the same week next year and apparently for $1000 more than we paid—eep.)

Dillon Beach - Wine Country and Coast Vacation Rental

The house is absolutely splendid! The location is ideal if you want to be close to town but not on the busy thoroughfare. Everything inside and out was immaculate and anything you could possibly want was there. The owner was very helpful, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice vacation in Guernville. We did have an issue with having to many guests over but the owner was very accommodating in informing us of the issue and allowing us to resolve it without further problems. If you’re looking for a great house and boat this is the place.

Besties 40th Birthday Celebration

Beautiful, well-supplied and comfortable home that was perfect for my bestie and I to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Communication with the property manager was easy (and thank you for letting us enjoy the property a little early!), air conditioning was wonderful to have during the heat wave, and location was quiet and perfectly centered for quick access to downtown Guerneville (no problems with a DoorDash delivery too), as well as for trips to Santa Rosa, Occidental, and Bodega Bay.

One of the best VRBO experiences ever

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this house was. We rent in G'ville at least once a year, usually in this same neighborhood to be near our friends who live there. This place was spotless, well-equipped, and oh lord, air-conditioned. Rooms were spacious. Great layout. Hot tub was clean and patio as well, no cobwebs, overhanging vines, bugs. Really, really nice. There were a few issues (the glass table outside broke due to heat! and the property management team were extremely responsive and helpful in every way. Really impressed. Would love to become a preferred renter to stay here again.

The best place we’ve ever stayed

We LOVED our stay at the Guerneville Getaway! The house was lovely, well-maintained, and full of a million thoughtful and personal touches. It was a perfect home base for our Russian River visit with our adult sons and their partners! We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We would stay here again.

A lovely, well-appointed property with almost everything you need. We had a relaxing stay and the house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Downtown Guerneville is a quick drive away.

9/10. Everything was perfect. Only comment would be the amount of security cameras was a little unsettling/uncomfortable. No one likes to know they are being watched while they hang out in the front yard or even the backyard!
