「The room was exactly what we needed! 」

「First, we didn't get the check-in instructions until we arrived. So we had tried a code I got from VRBO but that wasn't right, so had to call host. Secondly, the condition of the unit did not meet our expectations. It did not look like the pictures on the website. It is in need of some TLC. And to greet us, was a leaking kitchen ceiling! We called the hosts to report it. We wiped up the water on the floor and put a couple bowls on the floor to catch the drips. And this couldn't have been...

「Nice, quiet location. Covered parking right in front of the door. Steep stairs going up, but nothing any able bodied person can't manage. It was great overall. 」

「Cozy (tiny) as advertised, but not clean. Couch in living room was missing an arm rest, stained, and had lots of crumbs, dirt, etc. in crevices. Appliances were in good condition, with coffee and creamer available. Suggest rearranging bedroom to accommodate nightstands and possibly upgrade lumpy mattress. 」
