“One of the most thought out rentals we’ve stayed at!! And trust me, we stay at a lot with travel soccer and for vacations. My 3 year old LOVED the toy closet, the potty training seats, and swing set. I loved the little details like the history of the house book, qtips and cotton balls in the bathroom ( because who doesn’t forget to pack those), and restaurant menus. Super convenient location. And the owner was GREAT with communication and even stopped by for a friendly chat. I loved hearing……

“After spending a day hitting back-to-back sightseeing and events since 6am, coming "home" here was wonderful. Not only is the location very conveniently close to Chattanooga and easy to get to, but the home is cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We spent most of the next morning simply sipping coffee on the front porch, enjoying the peaceful ambiance and recharging before hitting the road home.”

“The house is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 20 to 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We really liked having garage access. The thermostat is on a timer and cannot be adjusted which was somewhat inconvenient. The upstairs room gets very warm during the day. We had some insect issues, spiders and palmetto bugs, which is to be expected based on location. The house could use some TLC as there were large cobwebs all around the vaulted ceiling windows and water damage to the ceiling.……
