Excellent

Two day stay with friends so used all the bedrooms. all comfortable and clean. Well equipped kitchen with knives pots and pans galore and of a high quality Three very big fridges. We cooked every meal. Close to the beach and in a quiet street. Great ocean views form the two balconies and two living spaces.

Paid extra $25 per bed for linen, didn't realize that I'd have to make up the beds myself. Wasn't too thrilled about that after long drive. Gravity Discovery Centre, Gingin very highly recommended. Interesting and staff were great!!

Great house, accommodated two families. Close to beach and river. Yep areas to sit outside depending on sun. House well equipped with table tennis and downstairs area for kids. Three areas to escape to plus 5 bedrooms. Second stay and will be back again. Air conditioned for hot days.

We loved the proximity to beach and river, the sleepiness of the town, and the utility of the accommodation. Kitchen is well stocked and barbecue a very generous size. Beds were comfortable and house nice and clean. Aircon apparently not working so well but as we had lovely weather this was not an issue.
