Moore Views - Stunning River Views

Modern brick and tile home with uninterrupted views over Moore River and Silver Creek. Three bedrooms with accommodation for eight. Features include air conditioning, WIFI, gas BBQ, modern kitchen and bathroom (with bath), open plan living with river views and wide verandahs for summer barbecues. The property features free WIFI.

This property strictly sleeps 8 as per booking terms and conditions. No tents, caravans or camper trailers allowed at property.

Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made.

No school leaver bookings allowed.
Not Pet Friendly, no enclosed fencing.

Guests are to provide their own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request

Good other than the state of the oven

Location and check in fine. Left over food found in the oven. Maggots everywhere and stench hard to bare. Cleaned it out ourselves for several hours on Friday. Smell lingered for much of the remaining stay. Food had clearly been there for a long time.

Peaceful

We had a great stay, very quiet and relaxing. House was perfect for our needs and the view was very nice. Tip, take some binoculars there is lots to watch on the river. Caught some small bream for fun and had a great night at the country club.

Had a wonderful lazy stay, chilling out watching the sunset over the river. Comfy lounges & beds, heaps of space. Flexible & easy check in/out. Good times & will definitely come again.

Great getaway close to Perth

Great house for a family or two. Lovely spacious living areas and verandah for enjoying the views. Enjoyed the board games provided. Good facilities.

Great Spot

Great views. Great location. Nice house. Well equipped kitchen. Fairly clean, but does rely on previous person vacuuming , mopping and wiping over surfaces, (even though they charge a cleaning fee), plus bring your own linen and towels. Also a booking fee of $40 and a miscellaneous booking fee of $150 on top of the nightly fee. Checkin is a lock box code. Air con in the main living area (was on when we got there which was nice), but it is very noisy and the bed rooms do remain quite hot. (Hot sumner week when we were there). Great sunset views from inside and outside.

Great holiday house

We stayed for five nights with three young children in Dec 2022. Accommodation was more than adequate, location is good overlooking the river, walking distance from Silver Creek Reserve and just a short drive to the foreshore/river mouth. The house had basic cleaning supplies, and we knew from the listing and communication to bring our own sheets and towels. It would have been handy if cooking spray and salt/pepper was provided. There is one air conditioner in the living area, it was okay for the time we were there (max 30 degrees), but at the height of summer might be a problem cooling down the bedrooms.

This property is in need of maintenance, some lights not working , the mattress in main room needs replacing , very uncomfortable. Property has a good view . overall ok .

Nice house with great views. Mattress in main bedroom was shocking, old and in desperate need of replacing. House full of cobwebs and bugsand the outside was a mass of weeds.
