“Beautiful little cabin in a lovely secluded location. Clean, comfortable, extremely quiet. The only issue we found is - the hot water heater is horribly undersized. Any more than one 10-min shower and you’ll be taking a COLD shower! Lovely retreat for a couple, but a shower together? Out of the question! My wife and I took AM/PM shifts on the 2nd day after it took my breath away on day 1.”

“Beautiful property, plenty of room, wonderful amenities. A place you can go to unplug and spend quality time with loved ones. The owners were friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. We had an amazing time and wished we could stay longer, my kids didn't want to leave. I 100% recommend and we will be booking again.”

“The property was a typical Maine camp. Clean with a comfortable bed. Dog friendly and 5 minutes from our son's house was exactly what we needed.”

“Although the cabin was not cleaned before we arrived, the Vacasa cleaning crew came right over after we called. They said it was a scheduling problem that caused them to not have the cabin cleaned before we got there. I would have expected a proactive call to let us know about the problem and for them to have corrected the schedule before we got there and called them about it. Vacasa is also refunding us our cleaning fee.”

“The cabin is literally right at a lake. In the morning we saw an otter and a pair of loons. I went up there to have a birthday weekend escape and to see the total eclipse. We had a wonderful time.”

“Everything was great except the beds and linens. Pillows should be replaced-stained. Mattresses were hard as a rock, very uncomfortable and bed frame squeaked.Linens should be updated, very old. The family did a lot of outdoor activities, it would have been wonderful to go to bed and get needed rest but unlikely with the mattresses and flat stained pillows. Betty McBrien”

“If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful place to stay, this is the one! The cabin was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot, and the views of the lake can’t be beat, and the location of this cabin is also ideal- it was close to many hikes, and extremely close to the local grocery store and all the restaurants.”

“We had a lovely stay at Prong Pond. The property is quiet, and although there are two cabins next to each other, they still feel private. About 6 miles outside of "downtown" Greenville, just the right distance away. The pond was quiet when we were there, perfect for paddling. Amazing scenery and wildlife, although we didn't see a moose, which was one of our goals. Great vacation!”
