"J’avais d’abord commandé 15 jours à l’avance 3 kits de linge. Puis je me suis ravisée 10 jours avant en envoyant un mail. Mais ma demande n’a pas été prise en compte car on ne peut pas laisser de mail quand les bureaux sont fermés. Curieux !!! Et quand j’ai redemandé qu’on annule ma demande ( car je n’ai pas retiré les kits de linge) on a refusé de me rembourser.
Ensuite, il a fallu que je paye 100€ de caution 15 jours à l’avance. Quand j’ai demandé le reversement de ma caution (moins les frais...

"Unterkunft war gut. Bad eher funktional. Nur Duschvorhang vorhanden, sodass nach dem Duschen alles überschwemmt war.In der Umgebung war alles fussläufig erreichbar. Unterkunft liegt direkt an der „Touristen-Promenade“ von Marielyst, was man mögen muss. Der sehr schöne Strand ist in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. "

Großer Mangel am TV Gerät ist die Buchse für das Kabel ausgebrochen. Der Schaden (TV Gerät) sowie eine nicht gereinigte übergebene Wohnung wurde an den Agenten und Vetmittler in deutschenglisch/dänisch per sms/email mitgeteilt. Bis heute keine Nachricht/Entschuldigung/Entschädigung erhalten. Ungeachtet dieser Missstände wird überlegt, das...

"We had a great stay and enjoyed the place a lot. The kids loved the space and all the adventures around it. Distance to the beach was totally ok and all necessities were close by.
