「One of my favorite Hilton hotels due to the amenities and the staff. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and very helpful when checking in and checking out. They always have the Customer first attitude. I stay at the Gulfport I 10 every time I come through Gulfport Mississippi. I highly recommend them.」

「2/4 of the rooms even not cleaned up upon arrival. We were going up stairs and found out the rooms are the mess (dirty). Going back and check in another rooms. The smell of the hotel is horrible! Never come back again. I will up the photo when I opened the door to get in and found out the room not cleaned yet.」

「The property was shady. The bathroom was dirty and was hair in the bath tub. The towels and pillows were dirty. Not worth the money that we paid. We were passing through and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. When we brought up the dirty bathroom and they blamed humidity. The staff didn’t take my issue into consideration and had an attitude instead of trying to make things better.」

「I booked my stay on expedia.com well in advance. On the day of my travel, I hit construction traffic in Texas and Louisiana and knew that I would get in late. I called the property and informed the front desk of my late arrival, offered to go ahead and secure my room with a credit card for the night and was told by the staff it was not necessary. 「Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. 「The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.」
