“Amazing stay, friendly staff, clean room. Beautiful environments, especially the restaurant area close to the water. Even though it was low season and few people we still got immediate help to get on a snorkeling tour. We also had fun with the ping pong table and good encounters with the manager.”

“The hotel is relaxing with beautiful garden view under sunshine and near the sea. Sunrise can be seen. Bintan's temperature is comfortable without high humidity though it set by the sea. "We have nothing but positive to say about our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay, Bintan. The resort is new and modern and very airy providing a truly relaxing atmosphere the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus from the jetty. Staffs were super attentive and provided beyond 5-star customised service to us ensuring our stay was a truly memorable one. Rooms were spacious with a great ocean view; the balcony was comfy. Overall the cleanliness of the resort was good however there were some teething issues like towels availability, replacement of amenities which could be better finetuned. Understandably this is a relatively new resort so these issues could be revolved and improved once the resort operations gain more experience and a bit more training. Thanks to the entire team’s hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay. "
