「Pool was temporarily closed and the weather was 104’ Ice Machine was making loud noise gurgling sounds on the 3rd floor . Elevators out on Tuesday had to walk down the stairs in our dress clothes. Then Wednesday night we took the elevator up to the third floor . It went to the 4th floor and stopped. We were stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. No one answered the alarm or the emergency call button. Had to call 911 and the Firefighters had to get us out .」

「No one was available at desk when we got there. Had to wait about 15 min & then went to look for them. Theres a number to call but their phone did not ring when I called it. They were on site tho. The website is somewhat confusing. Pictures are mixed up with the rooms. For instance there are 2 refrigerators featured for one room! It should be an easy fix tho. I booked it off Expedia website & we were not given the actual room I booked! Room 206 is nice & clean but It not convenient for a woman...
