"We are only here for one night to see the Palace. But this cute little place is right next to the Main Street with tons of amazing restaurants around. It’s a quick 4 mins Uber to the Palace. "
"If you would like a unique Han-oke (Korean traditional house) experience in the Gyeongju area, this is the place to be! It is a bit away from the tourist sites so it's more relaxing and easy to park your car. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for clean and convenient place to stay. The owner is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rice paddies and farm animals nearby are extra bonus!"

The historic archeological sites are interesting and no doubt important culturally to Koreans, the hanok villages are quiant. The town, however, is over-touristed, expensive (by Korean standards), and tacky. One unexpected highlight: Bar Boon

Picture perfect location to spend a couple of days when in South Korea. Makes an ideal stop off between Seoul and Busan (or vice-versa). Don't miss Jungang Night Market

It's a beautiful walkable city with a thousand years of history. It's night time view is gorgeous!!
"This is a beautiful quaint Hanok property. The exterior is historically picturesque while the interior is modernized. It’s super clean and very conveniently located to the historical sites, and the main strip of local shops and restaurants. A stone throw away is a 7/11. A lovely Starbucks is nearby. About 20 steps to the right from the entrance is a wonderful restaurant that looks like fine dining but the food costs is inexpensive. I wished I booked more nights here. It’s a very relaxing place to be. "
