Das Haus an sich ist in Ordnung , allerdings war angeblich vorher die Reinigungskraft da , dafür waren aber Tische und Schränke ziemlich eingestaubt . Wir sind früher abgereist , weil das Wetter schlecht war und wir uns nicht so wohl gefühlt haben . Das Haus scheint zum Verkauf zu stehen, es ist auch etwas abgewohnt

Wir waren entäuscht

Eigentlich ist es ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass : 1. Eine Lampe ohne Schirm war, es hing nur die Birne in der Fassung. 2. Das Kopfkissen war voller Urinflecken. 3. Der wasserdichte Schutzbezug auf dem Bett strotzte vor Dreck. 4. Auf allen Möbeln, inklusive der Stühle, war eine dicke Staubschicht. 5. Unter dem Bett lagen benutzte Taschentücher 6. Weder der Eingangsbereich noch das Laminat in dem Wohnbereich waren gewischt, überall waren Fußabdrücke sichtbar. 7. Das Haus soll für 5 Personen ( 3 Schlafzimmer bzw. 5 Betten) ausreichen. Aber mit nur 2 Kleiderschränken in einem Schlafzimmer ist das sehr wenig. In den beiden anderen Zimmer war nur jeweils eine Kommode vorhanden. Trotz des wenigen Platzes in den Schänken und den Kommoden war überall noch Teile belegt, mit Sachen der Besitzer. Man musste gezwungenermaßen aus dem Koffer leben. 8. Im Bad gab es nur am Waschbeckenrand die Möglichkeit etwas abzustellen. Dass da natürlich wenig Platz vorhanden ist, ist ja klar. 9. Überall waren auf den Regalen und Schränken irgendein Nippes gestellt. Um mal Eigenes abzustellen war nur der Esstisch eine Möglichkeit. Da ich das alles per Bild festgehalten habe, kann ich es auch beweisen. Schade, denn wir hatten uns auf schöne Tage gefreut.

Gut, inmitten einer Ferienhaussiedlung teils privat und teils von FH-Anbietern , zum Strand 500 m, Einkaufen im Ort 2,5 km nur mit Auto, ruhig, viel Grün. Strand teils Naturstrand - Richtung Norden, Richtung Süden auch Badestrand, aber zum Teil ungepflegt, Hunde vor Ort willkommen, auf Sauberkeit wird geachtet,

Schöne Umgebung

Schöne Umgebung, für Kinder super geeignet! Kleiner Spielturm mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Sandkasten vorhanden. Großes Trampolin im Garten! Der Strand ist fußläufig in paar Minuten gut zu erreichen! Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Boden knarscht fast überall! Möbel sind in einem teilweise neuwertigen Zustand! Leider sind die Fenster durch die vorhandenen hellen Plissees nicht zu verdunkeln! Im TV gibt es trotz Satellitenschüssel nur ZDF als einzigen deutschen Sender, auch etwas schade gewesen! In einem Schlafzimmer und im Einzelbettzinmer fehlt ein Kleiderschrank...hier gibt es nur ein Regal, bzw. eine kleine Schubladenkommode als Ablagefläche! Sonst war es in Ordnung! Für das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis absolut okay!
