“這間屋很舊，煮食用具又舊，沒有水煲，我住了3天，沒有人做清潔，沒更換厠紙，傢私電器產品太舊或無法使用，坐厠水力不足，不能冲下厠紙，花灑頭被水垢塞滿，只能出好少水。有一間主人房張床床辱好像紙皮一樣硬，抽油煙機不能抽煙，當煎一片肉就全屋都是煙。失敗之中的失敗。泳池像浴缸般大，不能容納5人。還有更多不能盡錄。。。”

“The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.”

The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! “I am careful about giving bad reviews but I’m doing this for the property owners to improve. Our expectations were not met. The areas w around the property were filthy and unusable. They have a patio at the back that can be used to relax but so dirty. The freezer was leaking They only supplied 1 each of kitchen towel and paper towels. “When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster.
